The wise are the hidden who hold out for heaven — and the applause that comes from God.
Sometimes in living your best life, the most missed ingredient — is to live obedient to God.
Grace is the answer we are often too stubborn to believe, and often too proud to receive.
Sometimes, for a season, all we can expect from ourselves is to sit on the floor and breathe.
Sometimes it feels as if God has invited Himself into my pain, when I had hoped to be invited into His healing.
If we really want it all—all that God has for us—we must search for the blessings in the blisterings as well as in the bliss.
You don’t have to pull yourself up by the bootstraps — you just have to let Jesus draw close.
He is in the business of redeeming every part of our lives so that we will be made truly free, and He wants us to be open and surrender to this transformation.
The great promise has always been, not that we would go to live with God, but that God would come to make His home with us.
When you find yourself in the real deep end — that’s when you know He’s real.
The God who created the birds in the sky and that which inhabits the deep waters is with you.
Overwhelming waves can carry you into the open arms and overwhelming love of God.
He’s not yet brought final peace on earth, but He can bring peace in you.
Can I believe being thankful in all circumstances is important because it acknowledges that during the dark times of change, God is still covering me with His hand?
Let’s talk — I’d love for us to get to know each other…
