We get to be like Jesus to people as they march to their own drum. And it’s only Jesus who gets to change drums.
Jesus paid for your guilt and He bore your shame. He carried it all to the cross, and here is the good news—He left it there.
If my life denies that I am about the oppressed and crushed —- my life denies the gospel and Christ.
His arms will go anywhere, to redeem anyone, from anything.
We need these moments of getting through to the other side as memorials in our lives, pillars to look at and remember our darkest trials of life.
We will never reflect the image of Christ to the world — unless we see the image of God in everyone.
A book can be your feelings pulsing through the veins of another.
What is the answer to anxiety?
But the truth is, it’s through our challenges that we gain a deeper insight into the heart, the ways, and the Word of God.
Aren’t we all looking for the same exact things, to be accepted and loved in our brokenness?
It is Christmas forever now — because Christ is always with us.
