I don’t know how many copies I have shared of the The Jesus Storybook Bible around the world in various languages, how many I have given as baby presents, how many nights I have read aloud from these pages. This the truest, richest theology in the most dancing, lyrical language. I never, ever tire of the wonder of these pages — and how every story whispers Jesus’ name.
you must meet Jose: come see why he gives back to immigrant families – what a story
Everyone wants their life to matter. In a material world, we are too often tempted to pursue this meaning through material means or earthly success. Each lesson in “Searching for Significance” reminds us to pursue meaning by living our lives in pursuit of Christ and according to Biblical teaching.
Wycliffe Bible Translators is the largest scripture translation organization in the world, with a widespread mission network internationally and in the US. They endeavor to have begun a translation of the Bible into every language by 2025 while fostering Christian community, providing educational material and fellowship resources.

One night that’s a gift to you: to break you free from the fears, from the weight, from the pressure, from the stranglehold of all the things.
Think exhale. Think holy space. Think candles. Think more Jesus.
Think music that sounds like the voice of worship and grace and the beauty of cruciform freedom: with Dove Award Nominated vocalist Best Female Artist of the Year, Christy Nockels.
Think of an unforgettable evening daring to take The Broken Way to abundant freedom.
Think of an evening lit with a door broken wide open to what you want most: freedom into more joy, more peace, more Jesus.

one for repeat: Because He Loves You…
how you can’t be wrecked by what you’re ready for [#WRT]
So we dreamed up — a BOOK CLUB! Join us this year for #WRT: We Read Toge(s)ther: 1 year. 12 books. For such a time as now.
We can do this toge(s)ther — 1 year — 12 books. We are where we are for a reason and a purpose and now, now, is our time to make a difference, change our world, and join Him in changing the world.
And I found lots of great encouragement to spur you on!
and this too:
go ahead and live like you’re loved – His love has made you more than enough!
I don’t know how, but somehow? –maybe our hearts are made to be broken. Broken open. Broken free. Maybe the deepest wounds birth deepest wisdom. We are made in the image of God. And wasn’t God’s heart made to be broken too? Wounds can be openings to the beauty in us. And our weaknesses can be a container for God’s glory.
Hannah tasted salty tears of infertility. Elijah howled for God to take his life. David asked his soul a thousand times why it was so downcast.
The thing is? God does great things through the greatly wounded. God sees the broken as the best and He sees the best in the broken and He calls the wounded to be the world changers.
Never ever be afraid of being a broken thing. And maybe—this is the way to freedom? You’ve got to remember to just keep breathing —keep believing. Brokenness can make abundance.
That’s all for this weekend, friends.
Go slow. Be God-struck. Grant grace. Live Truth.
Give Thanks. Love well. Re – joy, re- joy, ‘re- joys’ again
